How a website built purely to generate leads, and the automation behind it, turned into a real influencer marketing agency connecting gaming-hardware creators with brands.
Visit Live Site →Falah Media connects gaming-hardware YouTube creators with the brands that want to reach their audience — creators get paid, brands get reach, and I run the deal-making in between on a commission-only, values-driven model: no upfront fees, no gambling or adult-content sponsors, only brands that genuinely fit a creator's audience.
The part I care most about, though, is what runs underneath it: I built the agency around automation from day one, so the business saves real time instead of creating more manual work — an automated follow-up process and an automated outsourcing system, both covered below.
I split it into two deliberately separate systems: a website built purely as a lead-generation engine — two clear paths, "I'm a Brand" and "I'm a Creator," each with its own qualification form — and an internal operations dashboard for actually running the agency day to day once leads come in.
Keeping those two pieces separate meant the site could go live and start generating leads immediately, instead of waiting on the full internal tooling to be finished first.
The website is live and generating daily inbound leads from both YouTube creators and brands. Behind it, I built an automated follow-up process that keeps every lead warm without anyone manually chasing replies — real time saved every day instead of tracking conversations by hand.
That's the part I'm proudest of so far: it's not a demo, it's a working pipeline that brings in real conversations every day.
The internal dashboard is in active development — a single place to track every creator and brand in the pipeline, see where each deal stands, and manage the deal flow from first contact to closed commission, instead of running it out of scattered notes and inboxes.
Shown with sample data — real creator/brand pipeline data is kept private.
Alongside the follow-up automation, I built an automated outsourcing system — a structured way to hand outreach work to other people without me being the bottleneck on every message, saving time on that side of the business too. The internal dashboard build continues in parallel to bring all of it into one place.
